The Marble Factory Warranty

The Marble Factory warrants to the original purchaser that the cultured marble, onyx, granite, SolicoatTM products that we manufacture are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The Marble Factory’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts that may prove defective within the warranty period for that product in normal use from date of purchase. In no event shall The Marble Factory be liable for incidental nor consequential damages nor labour charges that shall result from any defect in the roduct. This warranty shall not apply to any part or parts that have been subject to accident negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. Warranty shall be void if hot water tank temperature exceeds 140°F. If any defect appears, the purchaser should immediately contact The Marble Factory at 403-279-2552 during office hours. Warranty covers material only, and does not apply to plumbing, glass, or accessories.
